Optimal material-weight ratio: (65% lighter than conventional solid steel. 30% lighter than solid aluminium), but with the same flexural strenght. Easy handling possible.

Dimensional stability at temperatures of up to 150 Degrees Centigrade which allows powder coating in order to achieve various surface effects.

Alulyte has got properties similar to aluminium and can be processed in the same way using the same kind of machines.

Its core can be used as a hinge.

Alulyte can be easily recycled. By means of cryogenic milling the two components, aluminium and plastic can be seperated and reused without difficulty.
